Our Lions Club invites young artists to share their vision of peace in the Lions International Peace Poster Contest! This annual contest encourages creativity, self-expression, and community involvement.  This year's theme is "Together as One".

Who Can Enter

Students ages 11–13 are welcome to participate. Each participant creates a poster based on the contest’s annual theme.

We’ve partnered with Rodgers Memorial Library to offer a dedicated community space where students can work on their posters. Bring your ideas and creativity—we’ll provide guidance, supplies, and a fun, supportive environment!

Dates:

Sept. 13th:  10:00am - 12:00pm
Oct. 2nd:  6:30pm - 8:30pm
Oct. 15th6:30pm - 8:30pm

How It Works 

We provide everything: All art supplies plus guidance from experienced local art teachers

Work your way:

 Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (1st places advances to the district level, with the chance to compete internationally)

There is no cost to participate, however registration is required so that we can ensure we have  enough materials on hand for all participants.

Submitting Your Entry

Completed posters should be submitted to the Hudson Lions Club by November 7th.  Voting will take place at the club level.  

Awards Ceremony

Winners will be recognized at a special ceremony with our club, and awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.
